Dwelling in Heritage Overlay - 24 Stephen Street, Newtown

We worked on this project with CMdesign to ensure a planning permit was issued on a very constrained site whilst retaining the heritage listed dwelling on site.

We assisted through the town planning and building stage working with many authorities and resolving many issues to enable the building to now be under construction.
